Home from the Beach

So a few posts back I shared some of the Images from a photo shoot I did last week and now that it is all put together and finalized I wanted to share it again. The Assignment was to shoot merchandise at a Location, Beach, City or Country and create an effective layout including Merchandise and Location shots. I really enjoyed the shoot and am very happy with how it turned out. This was a new experience for me as in the past I have only done Fashion based photography and the occasional event. Anyway enough rambling about my work. I hope you have enjoyed this post. Feel free to share any of your work with me.
Have an amazing day all. x

Michael Kors!

So you know that one thing you want for years but for some reason you just never get, for me that is a Watch, in particular a Michael Kors watch. Now I know these are becoming a little Representative and it seems like everyone and there mother has one but I just can't stop thinking about them. I love the size, especially the Unisex styles, they are the perfect 'I've stolen daddies watch' watch! I love the colour's, from the beautiful traditional Gold, to the muted and sexy subtle gold, The so on trend and feminine Rose Gold and the mired of styled colour's and patterns.

So let me know which one is your favorite. I think I want them all.

Bellabox | Pretty in Pink

Over the last 11 months I have enjoyed the majority of the products I have received with Bellabox (A monthly Beauty Box Subscription service), And now its there Birthday and this month they haven't dissapointed. I don't normally do beauty box posts but this months Box was just so cute I couldn't resist.

Bellabox RRP$15AUD

For their first Birthday, Bellabox has decided to celebrate in PINK STYLE. Combining Cosmetics, Hair Products and Skin care, this moths box doesn't dissapoint. In true Bellabox style they have yet again used the Chocolatier services and given us a cute little chocolate heart.

October Bellabox Card and Chocolatier Chocolate Heart

I was excited to see Klorane in this months box as I don't believe that I have recieved this brand in a Beauty Box to date. They have included the 'Shampoo with Oat Milk' and the 'Conditioning Cream with Pomegranate' which I am very excited to try. As Bellabox tends to do they have included two skin care samples, the Estee Lauder 'Resilience Lift Instant Action Lift Treatment', Which although I don't really need at the moment as I'm still quite young, I am excited to try. They have also included a Clinique sample of the 'Turnaround Concentrate Extra Radiance Renewer' which is an interesting product that I am very keen to try out as I am always looking for the Inner Glow to come out. (Cheesey I know)

Klorane Cream with Pomegranate Conditioner & Oat Milk Shampoo. Estee Lauder Resilience Lift Instant Action Lift Treatment and Clinque Turnaround concentrate extra radiance renewer.

I was very happy to see several Cosmetics items in this months box as well as fragrance. Unfortunately my box was included in a set that had a product that was received last month in them so I know have two of the Bourjois Smokey eye pencils, oh well. We also received a Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Nail polish, which I am much happier about because I was getting a little over the $2 Nail polishes we had been recieving. The product I am most excited for is actually a Carmex Moisture Plus Tinted lip Balm because I have been eyeing these off and trying to decide if I wanted to wait for there release and spend the $9.00 on a Lip balm or just try something else, however now I have it I LOVE IT. Finally the fragrance included is the DKNY Fresh Blossom from the Be Delicious collection. I love the original fragrances although I have never owned one and now I have this little sample to bring me right into the spring months.

Bourjois Smokey eye pencil, DKNY Fresh Blossom. Sally Hansen Inta-Dri Nail Polish & Carmex Moisture Plus Tinted Lip Balm.

All Together I am very impressed with this this months box, besides the slight mishap which they have fixed by supplying all repeat box owners with a $5.00 Bonus in points.
Thank you so much for stopping by. Have an Amazing day.

My Day in a Nutshell

Ahoy sailors! I don't know about you, but I love photos, I love being able to relive a moment through a picture, and as sad as it may seem, I love being able to recap my day in photos. So here is my day in photos.

Essies Sand Tropez & Seche Vite Top Coat

Instagram is my life, not literally but yes, I'm slightly addicted.

I have never been one to be sucked in my those free-bees you get with magazines but when i spotted these positively adorable sunglasses attached to this months CLEO I fell for the gimmick. Oh well, at least Lara can give me son fitspiration for summer.

FOOD: Who doesn't love a good bit of food. I love trying out new tea's and I always love it when Twinning's releases a new flavor. Bold Assam is there latest flavor and as they have discontinued my love, Australian Afternoon, I need a new tea. After one cup I can say I enjoyed it, but I will update you on how my love grows. ALSO CRASINS! How did I not know about these little gems of goodness. I am in LOVE I have nothing else to say.

Yet another uni assignment is taking up my time (Although I complain I do love it). And this time I have created some fancy china. I love what I have finished with.

I hope this random recap of my day wasn't too boring. Have a swell afternoon (get it).

YAY-DAY

So today is the day i feel like myself again! It is now six days since I had my wisdom teeth removed and I am finally feeling good again. Although I am still unwell and a little sore but I have pulled it together, washed my hair (thank goodness) and painted my nails. Now ive been enjoying just a little too much Gossip Girl and as usual it makes me want to be that little bit more, shall we say classy! So enjoy.

Wisdom Teeth Diary Day 1 & 2

Why hello there everybody! I hope your day is going a whole lot better then mine. Now I havent mentioned it on here yet but I have just had my wisdom teeth removed surgically. Yesterday (October 11th) I went in for surgery at 8:30 am but had to wait a little bit. I went in for surgery at around 9:15. If you dont know much about what can happen with wisdom teeth here is a basic overview of what was wrong with mine.

I had all four of my Wisdom teeth in my mouth, which is what most people have. The Bottom left tooth was Impacted which means leaning in towards the tooth next to it stopping it from coming through. I also had quite bad roots on my bottom teeth which were angular resulting in not only the teeth having to be broken before they could be removed but a section of my right jaw bone also had to be removed. With any Wisdom teeth surgery there is a risk that the sensation in your gums, lips or tongue can be lost or you can feel tingling or numbness for a substantial period of time. Lucky for me although this was a strong possibility that was not the case YAY.

Day 1:
Arrived at the hospital with my lovely mother who has been looking after me. Got my bed and little area and had to put on one of those rather unattractive hospital gowns. I wasn't very nervous leading up to the day because i had really prepared myself and new what to expect. All of the staff were really lovely and did a great job of looking after me. I went into the operating room an was very surprised at the amount of people in there, but at least i knew there were plenty of hands to help. This was the first time I had Anesthetic and that was the most frightening bit but it all went fine. To be honest I don't even really remember anything after they put the mask on me. I woke up in the recovery room about two hours later which is quite a long time given it was a wisdom tooth operation and I knew at that point it wasn't the simplest operation. I was moved to the day room where I had started off and had a small glass of water but I wasn't really up for eating at this stage. I was very numb because they used a whole lot of local Anesthetic as well which as good. after i left the hospital around 1pm the Anesthetic wore off and I'm not going to lie it hurt a lot. I started my pain killers and antibiotics and the pain went down substantially. I got home and was really hungry because it was around 2pm and I hadn't eaten since the day before. I had two large glasses of Sustenagen which is a supplement drink because i was recommended having it and basically slept because i felt awful  I kept ice packs on my face for the whole day because i wanted to limit swelling.

Day 2:
Ok so this is where things get bad. I slept around 13 hours that night which I was really happy with but i did wake up a few time. The pain was getting worse but the painkillers were helping. Today was Friday so I was by myself, that's what happens when your parents work hey. When I got out of bed it took me several hours to get comfortably  some of this was the pain, so was the horrible taste in my mouth, but mostly because i felt very ill. I had 3 naps that day and ate a few things, but i really didn't have an appetite. 3 times i felt as if i was going to be ill but nothing happened so i had just put it down to the anesthetic. That evening i felt very ill and as if i needed to eat something more substantial then yogurt and jelly so I had some mince and pasta sauce which was very good. I still felt very ill and went to sleep.

Now that i have talked your head off i will let you go for today. Keep your eyes out for days 3 & 4 tomorrow.

I'm off to sleep because, well I'm still in pain and want to lay down. Have a wonderful whatever time of day it is.

I'm Feeling A Little Blue

Why hello there lovely internet people. I'm feeling a tad down today because, well my face is bruised. I had my wisdom teeth removed and it sucks. I have a diary type thing coming up of the whole experience but wanted something to cheer me up now, so here are so kind words. I hope you are all enjoying whatever you may be up to, and even though your day might suck, or your face might be bruised, there is always a bright side.
Good day! x

DIY | Sunglasses Storage

So if you are anything like me you will have a whole bunch of sunglasses and have no where to store them. I have tried Shelves, Drawers, Bowls, Stands, Boxes and a mired of other places that were just rather silly. Recently I came across a photo of an outfit where a pair of sunglasses were hang on a Clothing hanger just to show off the entire look and I thought, well I have a whole bunch of Sunglasses and a Whole bunch of Clothing hangers, why not try this out. Lets see how it worked

All you will need is a Clothing Hanger (Any colour or material) and some sort of string/ribbon/material to hang the hanger (LOL) from.

Simply measure the string or ribbon to be the length of what you are hanging it from. I decided to double mine over six times because I liked the look a little more and it is much stronger. Be sure to double it over at lease once as the looped end with support the Hanger

Tie a loop in one end to hook onto your nail, picture hook or what ever you are going to hang it from and simply hook it on. If you have to use a stool BE CAREFUL, please don't fall

And there you have it, a quick, simple a effective storage system for your sunglasses

Let me know if you try this out for yourself and if you have any other storage ideas I would love to hear them.

As always have a wonderful day. Love you xo Zeeta

Family Break!

Recently I went away and got to spend some good old fashion time with my extended family! I was so excited to see everyone, especially my cousin who I hadn't seen in over SEVEN years. Here are a few happy snaps from the trip.

I hope this was a little fun and silliness in your day, I really enjoyed spending time with my family!
Have a wonderful splendid day, and I hope you get to enjoy your Family very soon!

That's all for now folks xo Zeeta

I'm lame, I know!

So I wanted to have a little random chat about everything. You may know that I make Youtube Beauty Videos on a regular basis and started this blog to go along with it and make things easier, and well I enjoy blogging and rambling about everything and if you didn't know that now you do! I have basically neglected this blog for the longest time and it makes me really sad! I am a full time University student and although I love my course I really LOVE Youtube and Blogging and so I have decided to really dedicate time to all of this jazz.
That's about it, I'm so excited to really get this all happening again!

Until next time xo Zeeta

Cute Creamy Candy Nails

Hey all, so lately I have been playing around with polish more and trying to figure out some cute techniques that maybe not everyone knows about.
Todays nail look is a cute 'ombre' style look which reminds me of candy or ice cream. Hope you enjoy.

what you will need
- Base Coat (I use revitanail)
- A Pale/Nude nail Polish (I use Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Polish in Peachy Keen)
-Four Nail Polishes, These are your choice (I use NYC 'Banana Split', Models Prefer 'Mismatched', Revlon 'Minted' and Rubi 'Cry Me a River'
-Top Coat (I use Seche Vite)
-Nail Polish Remover
-A Tissue

1. Get everything together

2. Make sure you have Clean Dry Nails

3. Apply a Base coat and let dry

4. Apply a thin coat of the Nude Colour and let dry, this will allow you to get a more vibrant colour with only on coat of the other polishes used.

5. Use your first colour (Banana Split) and apply to the top quater of your nail (around your cuticle), this dosent have to be super neat, i actually prefer it a bit messy, gives more of a dripping effect in the end.

 5. When the first colour is about 75% dry select your next colour (Mismatched), and repeat the last step in the second quater of your nail, working towards the nail tip

5. Repeat these steps until you have used all four colours and the whole nail is covered (this should look like the picture below left)

6. When the last tip colour (Cry me a River) is about 80-90% dry, get the Nude colour you used earlier and apply a thin, even coat over the whole nail, this will mute the polish colours and help blend the colours together.

7. Clean up any little mistakes around the edges and apply a top coat!

FINITO!

I Hope you have enjoyed this tutorial, let me know if your try this for yourself!
