Cute Creamy Candy Nails

Hey all, so lately I have been playing around with polish more and trying to figure out some cute techniques that maybe not everyone knows about.
Todays nail look is a cute 'ombre' style look which reminds me of candy or ice cream. Hope you enjoy.

what you will need
- Base Coat (I use revitanail)
- A Pale/Nude nail Polish (I use Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Polish in Peachy Keen)
-Four Nail Polishes, These are your choice (I use NYC 'Banana Split', Models Prefer 'Mismatched', Revlon 'Minted' and Rubi 'Cry Me a River'
-Top Coat (I use Seche Vite)
-Nail Polish Remover
-A Tissue

1. Get everything together

2. Make sure you have Clean Dry Nails

3. Apply a Base coat and let dry

4. Apply a thin coat of the Nude Colour and let dry, this will allow you to get a more vibrant colour with only on coat of the other polishes used.

5. Use your first colour (Banana Split) and apply to the top quater of your nail (around your cuticle), this dosent have to be super neat, i actually prefer it a bit messy, gives more of a dripping effect in the end.

 5. When the first colour is about 75% dry select your next colour (Mismatched), and repeat the last step in the second quater of your nail, working towards the nail tip

5. Repeat these steps until you have used all four colours and the whole nail is covered (this should look like the picture below left)

6. When the last tip colour (Cry me a River) is about 80-90% dry, get the Nude colour you used earlier and apply a thin, even coat over the whole nail, this will mute the polish colours and help blend the colours together.

7. Clean up any little mistakes around the edges and apply a top coat!

FINITO!

I Hope you have enjoyed this tutorial, let me know if your try this for yourself!
